Kadeno ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Zynth LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our telephony API platform at kadenotec.com and api.kadenotec.com.
When you create an account, we collect:
We do not store call audio or SMS message content. Audio is streamed in real time to your configured endpoint and is not retained by Kadeno.
Any personal information that we collect will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to provide our service (payment processing via Stripe, telephony routing via carrier partners) or as required by law.
If you use Kadeno to send SMS messages, you are responsible for obtaining consent from your message recipients. Kadeno provides the infrastructure; compliance with messaging regulations (TCPA, 10DLC) is the responsibility of the API user. Message and data rates may apply to recipients. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of messages sent through Kadeno numbers. Reply HELP for assistance.
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all API traffic, secure credential storage, and access controls. API keys are hashed at rest.
Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing and support purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support@kadenotec.com.
The Kadeno website uses minimal analytics (no third-party trackers). The API does not use cookies.
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
