Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Kadeno telephony API platform operated by Zynth LLC ("Kadeno", "we", "us"). By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Service

Kadeno provides a telephony API for provisioning phone numbers, making and receiving voice calls, and sending and receiving SMS messages. The service is provided on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Account

You must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kadeno to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or make robocalls without proper consent
• Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or other applicable telecommunications regulations
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
• Resell the service without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures

Billing

Usage is billed monthly based on actual consumption. Rates are published on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice. Payment is processed via Stripe. Accounts with failed payments may have service suspended.

Phone Numbers

Phone numbers provisioned through Kadeno are leased, not owned. Numbers may be reclaimed if your account is suspended or terminated. Porting numbers in or out is subject to carrier processes and timelines.

SMS Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable messaging regulations including 10DLC campaign registration, TCPA consent requirements, and carrier guidelines. You must provide opt-out mechanisms (STOP keyword) for all messaging use cases. Kadeno may suspend SMS service for compliance violations.

Service Level

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for carrier outages, network issues, or force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

Kadeno's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your phone numbers will be released after a 30-day grace period. Remaining account balance is non-refundable for amounts under $10.

Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice posted to this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
